Complimentary Domestic Shipping
We offer complimentary shipping on all domestic orders of $199 and above. Orders below this threshold are subject to a shipping rate calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery speed.
We ship with multiple carriers — including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL — and use a live shipping rate system to ensure you receive the most accurate and competitive rate at the time of your order.
Domestic orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch. Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only — Ivan Troy cannot be held liable for delays caused by the carrier.
Order Processing
Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing after payment is received. Orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday only.
- Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.
- Orders placed on a federal holiday will begin processing on the next available business day.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.
International Shipping
We ship internationally via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and preferred delivery speed.
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs handling fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total. Ivan Troy is unable to refund orders that are returned due to non-payment of applicable duties or fees.
Returns & Exchanges
Each order is carefully prepared and we want you to be completely satisfied. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached and original packaging intact.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please note that outbound shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer for all change-of-mind returns, including wrong size, change of preference, or any reason unrelated to a product fault. Return shipping will only be covered by Ivan Troy in the event that an item is confirmed faulty.
An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number is required for all returns. Returns received without an RMA number will not be accepted. Please contact us before sending your item back.
If you require a different size, color, or style, we recommend placing a new order on our website and returning your original purchase for a full refund.
Condition Requirements
All returned items must be in the same condition as received, including original packaging such as tissue paper, plastic sleeves, and dust bags.
We ask that you use a soft surface — such as carpet — when trying on footwear. Our soles are hand-painted and will scuff upon contact with hard surfaces, including hardwood and concrete. Items returned with excessive creasing, scuffed soles, or visible wear will not be accepted, regardless of where they were worn.
A $25 restocking fee applies to all returns missing original packaging materials, dust bag, or packing slip.
Faulty Items
If your item arrives faulty, return shipping costs will be covered by Ivan Troy. Please contact us directly and we will resolve the matter promptly.
