4. Products

4.1 Product Descriptions

We make every effort to display our products accurately, including descriptions, materials, dimensions, and photography. However:

• Colours may appear differently on your screen depending on your display settings
• Natural leather grain variations are inherent to full-grain calfskin leather and are not defects
• Slight variations between individual pairs may exist as a result of handcrafting
• Product images are for illustrative purposes and may not represent the exact item you receive in all details

These natural characteristics are part of what makes each Ivan Troy product unique and are not grounds for return unless the product is genuinely defective.

4.2 Pricing

All prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of any applicable product taxes unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs, where applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and will notify you promptly. You will have the option to reorder at the correct price or receive a full refund.

4.3 Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue styles, or remove products from sale at any time. If a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you within 2 business days to offer an alternative of equal value or a full refund.

4.4 Handcrafted Variation

Because every Ivan Troy product is handcrafted in Naples, Italy, by skilled artisans using natural materials, no two pieces are completely identical. Minor variations in grain pattern, stitching, and shade are inherent to the handcrafting process and are characteristics of authenticity, not defects. These variations are not grounds for return or exchange.

5. Placing an Order

5.1 How to Order

To place an order, select your product, choose your size and colour, add to cart, and complete the checkout process. You will be required to provide delivery and payment information. Before submitting your order, please review all details carefully.

5.2 Order Confirmation

Once you submit your order, you will receive an automated order confirmation email. This email is an acknowledgement of receipt of your order, not an acceptance. A contract between you and Ivan Troy is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation email confirming that your order has been shipped.

5.3 Order Cancellation by You

Because we process orders quickly to ensure fast dispatch, cancellation requests must be made immediately after placing your order. Please contact us at info@ivantroy.com or call (323) 504-2673 as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to accommodate your request before dispatch.

Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges policy.

5.4 Order Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including but not limited to orders that:

• Appear to be fraudulent or made using stolen payment details
• Contain a pricing error that we are unable to honour
• Cannot be fulfilled due to stock unavailability
• Violate these Terms or any applicable law

If we cancel your order, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

6. Payment

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Ivan Troy accepts the following payment methods:

• Credit and debit cards via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
• PayPal
• Naples Credits from The Ivan Troy Circle (partial payment, applied at checkout)

All transactions are processed in USD. If your payment method is billed in a different currency, your bank or card issuer will apply the applicable exchange rate. Ivan Troy has no control over exchange rates or any associated fees charged by your financial institution.

6.2 Payment Security

All payment processing is handled by Stripe and PayPal, both of which operate under PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliance. Ivan Troy does not store your full card details on our servers. Your payment information is encrypted and handled directly by our payment processors.

6.3 Payment Authorisation

By submitting payment, you confirm that you are the authorised holder of the payment method provided and that the information you have given is accurate. Ivan Troy reserves the right to verify your identity and payment details before processing any order.

6.4 Failed Payments

7. Shipping & Delivery

7.1 Risk & Title

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery of the product to the carrier. Once your order has been dispatched and a tracking number issued, Ivan Troy is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs authorities, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

7.2 Delivery Address

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Ivan Troy cannot be held responsible for orders that are delayed or undelivered due to an incorrect address provided by you. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.

7.3 Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes charged by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Ivan Troy has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please check with your local customs authority before ordering if you are unsure.

8. Returns & Exchanges

8.1 Summary

• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery on unworn, unaltered items in original condition and packaging
• Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned unless genuinely defective
• Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage caused by the customer cannot be accepted
• Refunds processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the return

8.2 Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a product that is faulty or damaged in transit, please photograph the item and its packaging and contact us at info@ivantroy.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund promptly and cover any return shipping costs.

9. The Ivan Troy Circle — Loyalty Programme

9.1 Membership

The Ivan Troy Circle is our customer loyalty programme. Membership is free and open to all customers with a registered ivantroy.com account. By joining the programme, you agree to these Terms and any additional terms specific to the loyalty programme published at ivantroy.com.

9.2 Naples Credits

• Naples Credits are earned on qualifying purchases and other eligible actions as set out in the programme details
• Naples Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash
• 100 Naples Credits = $1.00 off a qualifying order when redeemed at checkout
• Naples Credits do not expire while your account is active, except for birthday credits which expire 30 days after issue
• Naples Credits may not be combined with other promotional discounts unless explicitly stated

9.3 Tiers

The Ivan Troy Circle has three membership tiers — The Atelier, The Craftsman, and The Connoisseur. Tier status is based on cumulative spend and carries specific benefits as set out in the programme details. Tier benefits are subject to change with reasonable notice to members.

9.4 Programme Modification & Termination

Ivan Troy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate The Ivan Troy Circle programme at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes. We also reserve the right to remove Naples Credits from an account if we determine they were earned fraudulently, through an error, or in violation of these Terms.

10. Affiliate Programme

Participation in the Ivan Troy affiliate programme is subject to separate affiliate programme terms available at ivantroy.com/affiliate. By applying to and participating in the programme, you agree to those terms in addition to these Terms & Conditions.

Affiliate commissions are earned only on qualifying sales made through your unique affiliate link. Ivan Troy reserves the right to withhold commissions earned through fraudulent means, self-referral, or other violations of the affiliate programme terms. Commissions are paid monthly subject to reaching the minimum payout threshold of $50.

11. Giving — The AEHO Foundation

Ivan Troy donates 10% of every sale to the African Educational and Health Outreach (AEHO) Foundation. This commitment is built into our pricing model and applies to every product sold on our site.

The AEHO Foundation donation is not a separate customer donation — it is made by Ivan Troy from our revenue. You are not making a direct charitable donation when you purchase from us, and no tax deduction is available to you in connection with this giving commitment. 12. Intellectual Property

12.1 Our Content

All content on ivantroy.com — including but not limited to text, product descriptions, photography, graphics, logos, brand names, design, and layout — is the intellectual property of Ivan Troy or its licensors and is protected under applicable US copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

12.2 Permitted Use

You may view and print content from our site for your own personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use — including reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or commercial use — is strictly prohibited without our prior written permission.

12.3 Trademarks

13. Prohibited Conduct

• Violate any applicable local, state, federal, or international law or regulation
• Engage in fraudulent activity, including using stolen payment details or creating false accounts
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, servers, or databases

16.2 Informal Resolution

We encourage you to contact us first at info@ivantroy.com if you have a complaint or dispute. We will make every effort to resolve the matter informally within 30 days of your written notice to us.

16.3 Binding Arbitration

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California, administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding. You and Ivan Troy each waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in a class action.

You may opt out of arbitration by emailing info@ivantroy.com within 30 days of first agreeing to these Terms, stating your name and that you are opting out of arbitration.

16.4 Small Claims Court

Notwithstanding the above, either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if the claim qualifies under the applicable court’s rules.

16.5 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any arbitration or court proceeding shall be conducted on an individual basis only, and not as a class, collective, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered customers by email.
