Give - The AEHO Fundation
Every pair gives something back.
Craft has always been about more than what is made. It is about who benefits from it, and who is remembered in it.
Ivan Troy was born in Los Angeles. It is made in Naples. And it gives back to Mali — the country at the heart of our founder’s story, and the place where the need is most personal.
“When you purchase something from Ivan Troy, you are not just buying a shoe. You are building a classroom.”
The African Educational and Health Outreach (AEHO) Foundation is a non-profit organisation committed to improving the quality of education and healthcare across Africa. Their work in Mali focuses on where the need is most acute and most urgent — in the rural villages where children have no school to walk to, and no teacher waiting for them when they arrive.
In Mali, many villages have no primary school within reach. Children who could learn, who want to learn, have nowhere to go. The AEHO Foundation is changing that — one classroom, one village, one generation at a time.
10% of every Ivan Troy sale goes directly to the AEHO Foundation. Not at the end of the year. Not from profits after costs. From every sale, every time.
That means every shoe you buy contributes to a child’s education in rural Mali. Every handbag. Every belt. Every tie. The craft of Naples and the children of Mali are, through Ivan Troy, connected.
“We believe that luxury and generosity are not opposites. They are, at their best, the same thing.”
Building primary schools in villages without educational access — because every child deserves a classroom.
Supporting clean water access in rural communities — because learning requires health.
Reducing infant and maternal mortality — honouring the women who hold communities together.
If you would like to support the AEHO Foundation directly — beyond your Ivan Troy purchase — you can donate at aehofoundation.org. Every contribution, regardless of size, builds something lasting.
